I did it in pencil.

I think your manga work looks very promising. I actually don't know a whole lot about manga, but from what I see I can only offer the following.

Try as much as possible for consistency in drawing each character. You seem to have this down quite well

Remember basic principles of composition. There are different things like leading lines to consider so that it is appealing to the eye. Each frame should have a general composition

Try working with color a little bit more.

If you're going to use traditional mediums and digital make sure that they blend together well.

These are just a few things I would suggest, but overall I think you have a bit of talent to work with there. You may even want to try inking drawings. That gives crisp dark lines that you see in published mangas.
